Policy overview
As of this stage we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Online products are thoroughly checked before sending. If in any case you have any issues you can email thebulkupstore@gmail.com.
To be eligible for, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any signs of use, tampered packaging or seal or stickers will be rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where returns are denied:
- Anything with obvious signs of use
- Anything tampered, seal that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has to be returned due to manufacturing issue and 24hours have passed and not reported via email in that 24hours.
Refunds
It is under discretion of management to make decision and you abide this by purchasing from our store. If any item is approved to be returned Email us thebulkupstore@gmail.com. Online purchases should be sent back to our address which we will send you during email. We will give you instructions. DO NOT send products to our location or any address. If any case you send to any address or store location we are not liable for loss of package or money.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit /debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Final Sale items or short expiry CANNOT be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
Currently we do not have this option to exchange. All sales are final. Please make sure to get the right product as per your needs.
Gifts
Currently we do not have this option.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address once approved- for address kindly email us.
If you are being send a wrong product from our end we will send the new product after you return the previously gotten item and after we receive it. We may either ask you to ship and refund you shipping cost or we may arrange a courier for return shipping. It will be under discretion of management. Please do not throw away shipping box or courier bag as you have to ship back to us in same or similar. Change in size of box or package measurements we wont cover any extra shipping cost. We will only provide refund for the size of box or courier that we sent.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance which we will not cover. We only cover basic shipping charges.
