Terms of service
Our products that are being send are thourougly inspected by atleast 2- 3 people and packed carefully with bubble wraps, strong corrugated boxes or courier bags and adhesives. Possibility of damage during courier is null. We take pride in using quality packing.
Only in rare cases we provide refund/exchange regarding wrong product sent after careful inspection by our team/manager. We do not take back products If you don’t like taste, flavour or packaging or changed your mind. Some products upon opening may seem clumped due to change in temparature which is safe to use and is very normal. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and have to provide UNBOXING video evidence of unpacking within 2 hours from delivery If you need to claim. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once approved – we will give you instruction – you have to either ship within 5days from delivery or we may provide shipping return label or pickup option If available under management discretion.
Without following any of said conditions we as in the bulkup store management, store is not liable for any loss or return or refund. Slight dent during transit on plastic product which is rare but normal won’t be an eligible issue, Once opened or tags, scratched authentic codes, samples opened , freebies, shakers damged WON’T be eligible under any circumstances.
To start a return, you can contact us at thebulkupstore@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once return is accepted refund will be processed to your bank account in 7-14 business days.
Online purchases have to return by mail and If its pick up point/store purchase you can contact that store. Online purchased won’t be taken at store location.
NOTE– We only provide one FREE SHIPPING per order If its not deliverable or customer not available and have to be reshipped again shipping have to be paid by customer. If an item is not delivered and returned to us a 3% restocking fee will be applied on total amount and rest will be refunded with in 14 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 hours from delivery, if you received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
UNBOXING video of the product is MUST , without it you will be ineligible. Products should be in same condition as received with tags or authentic scratch codes not scratched, with plastic seals, with free samples or shaker etc. If any of this conditions is not met you won’t be eligible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Products on sale, sale items with short expiry dates once sold will not be taken back and We only follow rules of FSSAI regarding expiry dates of product that can be sold legally. If you happen to receive an expired product on the date of purchase date you can contact us within 3days and we will assess it and take neccesary action.
We value our customers and most products in our stocks are fresh manufacturing dates with long expiry.
Exchanges
We do not provide any exchanges right now.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We try to refund by same payment method and in rare cases by cheque, UPI any legal forms of payment modes or store credits.
Policy overview

To be eligible for, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any signs of use, tampered packaging or seal or stickers, scratch codes, plastic seals will be rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where returns are denied:
- Anything with obvious signs of use
- Anything tampered, seal that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has to be returned due to manufacturing issue and 24hours have passed and not reported via email in that 24hours.
Refunds
It is under discretion of management to make decision and you abide this by purchasing from our online store. If any item is approved to be returned Email us thebulkupstore@gmail.com. Online purchases should be sent back to our address which we will send you during email. We will give you instructions. DO NOT send products to our pickup location or any address. If any case you send to any address or store location we are not liable for loss of package or money.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit /debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional Info
IN-STORE pick up only products WON’T be shipped free. It have to be picked up from store location. If ordered these products online and need a refund there will be 2-3% fee applies. While most products are shipped free there are EXCLUSIONS on certain products, brands which will be changed from time to time. To protect our customer from accidently purchasing these are highlighted NO SHIPPING. PLEASE BE AWARE.
There maybe instances where you order products and its out of stock or right flavour isn’t available in these cases we will refund the money within 7-18 business days. In any case if we cannot ship an item due to it being damaged, out of stock or any other reason WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO COMPENSATE, other than the money we accepted. Once processed and if that product is UNAVAILABLE we will refund FULL AMOUNT within 18 business days. If it is not processed by 18 business days send us an email immediately. Refund once processed from our end may take another 3-7 business days from the bank which you have to contact bank.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Please ensure and double check your name, address, phone number, email is correct. PHONE NUMBER IS MANDATORY
If you put wrong address, phone number, name and the shipment is not delivered we as in The Bulkup Store or management, staff won’t be responsible and won’t be reshipped and we are not liable for any loss of shipment or money. Incase an undelivered shipment is returned to us there will a fee from 3%-5% or cost of shipping, labour, restocking fee whichever is higher will be deducted and refunded back to original payment method in 10- 20 days.
Incase if you want the shipment/parcel to be reshipped again customer have to bear the cost of shipping which only is available after approval from management.
