What do I need to pickup my order from store paid online?
A government issued aadhar card or valid license{not expired}. Your name on the order have to match with ID card and have to show order from email, NOT SCREENSHOT, If not you won’t be eligible for pick up. We may take photo of ID for proof.
What If I orderd a product online for store pick up and I DO NOT pick up ?
Store pickup have to be done in 6 working days or your order will be returned to warehouse and refunded automatically.
You will be charged a restocking fee of 3% which covers return shipping, overhead cost of storing, labour and rest of the amount will be refunded to your payment method.
Is store location and Online manged by same person ?
NO, Store is run by a third party while online is different. Items bought at store and item bought at online are two different things.
Any issues with Online have to be emailed thebulkupstore@gmail.com and any issues with store bought products have to be dealt with specific store.

Usually orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Estmated delivery in kerala 1-3 days.
During holidays, sunday’s, fesitive days or natural disaters, strike there could be delay due to shipping partners.
Do you provide refunds or exchanges?
As of now we do not provide refunds or exchanges since we are offering best prices. However you can email us if you face any issue unrelated like wrong product received.
You have to make an unboxing video showing the issue within 2 hours of delivery and have to contact us on email thebulkupstore@gmail.com with proof of video, and receipt of your order. If the time is exceed you won’t be eligible for any issues faced. for eg- you received a wrong product at 2pm, before opening box start recording clearly and open the box and show us the wrong product recieved. You have until 4pm to contact us.
Person who ordered is only eligible for that. we require proof of government issued ID, same name on the order billing, shipping.
Changed mind, did not like taste, texture, etc won’t be entertained. Product have to be unused with tags, no stickers removed, did not scratch authenticity code, and If it came with freebies, samples it has to be there with UNUSED condition. If any of the above conditions is not met. You will not be eligible for any issues faced.

Right now WE DO NOT SHIP outside state of KERALA. Any orders with address, pincode outside kerala will be CANCELLED and refunded with in 7-10 working days.
